Store Policies

Unused merchandise may be returned freight pre-paid in the original shipping container with all packaging, labels, hardware, and instructions. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization and a copy of the original receipt or packing list. A Return Authorization may be obtained by contacting VertiRack Manufacturing Co. at 1-866-599-7143 or customerservice@vertirack.com. The Return Authorization must be issued within 30 days from the date of delivery. Products cannot be returned after 30 days. Customer pays all shipping charges for goods returned. Any items sent without Return Authorization or shipped freight collect will be refused and returned at shippers expense. Credit for returned merchandise will be issued after inspection and verification of unused condition. Customized product and made to order roof rack frames and truck/trailer roof access ladders are non-returnable.
